Zen and IDNet Minimum Guaranteed Speed

Considering switching from BT as my contract is up soon, potentially to either Zen or IDNet.

I have noticed that the minimum guaranteed speed quoted during signup for these ISP's are different.

Zen quotes me 59Mbps
IDNet quotes me 39Mbps

Currently synced at 80/20, no issues.

I assume this means that if there are problems down the line, that IDNet won't lift a finger unless my average download throughput drops below 39Mbps?
