I had a look around for you, but I am unable to find any drivers for it either, I have a couple of those boards myself, due to the lack of PCI slots on this machine I had to get a USB network dongle. (horrid things)

I got a Belkin and had to use a midified broadcom driver.

I am using windows XP 64 bit and all my hardware apart from my webcam works.
But to tell you the truth, unless you have got 64 bit software as well, the speed difference will be minimal against XP32bit

Now running in 64 bit, twin core, who says I don't like technology? :-)
