Internet time server fast ?

Does anyone know why the internet time server used by Windows runs 2 minutes fast ?

No, wasn't aware of that, have you tried googling.

Perhaps they are going to conglomerate all the 2 minutes for every Window's user and bring Vista to the market on time?

Well it seems the default one , time.nist.gov doesn't actually work but time-a.nist.gov does

time.nist.gov is working fine for me - using it as a time source for my Cisco network

You do know that there are UK time servers, and that there is even a pool DNS which you can use to get a random UK (or anywhere) time server when necessary?
