Yes, but don't save any files or add any new programmes to your machine, as your computer may overwrite the files you wish to recover. I use
SoftPerfect File Recovery, plus there are loads of other file recovery programmes. You run the recovery programme from a pen drive/floppy drive.
If the files are very very important consider using professional data recovery, as there is always risks involved in recovering files.
