There is no XP SP3 so IE6 is the default and IE7 will have been loaded on top, go to Control Panel>Add-Remove Programmes and you should be able to uninstall IE7.

Might be worth checking with the PC manufacturer first though.

If you cant uninstall IE7 as suggested here then perhaps you could re-install it and thentry uninstalling it, Not sure though whether it would revert back to IE6 as your Computer Manufacturer may have done away with it altogether.
