Just found out it doesn't uninstall correctly. Uninstal runs ok reboot and it's still there.

Hi, you cannot uninstall Windows Internet Explorer it is part of the Windows Operating
programme, if you want to go back to Internet Explorer 7 just reinstall IE7.

One thing i DON'T understand. Why does the dropdown STILL show file history ? For example folders you've been in, on your hard drive. These are NOT web pages, so why does it show them ?

Why? I still got a computer that don't even have Windows 7 on it. the only reason this machine got 7 is because I am using Vista, but I have not used IE for years. I hate the thing.

Blast it, my mind thought one thing and my fingers typed another.

I meant to say I have got a computer that have not got Internet Exploder 7 on it, not windows 7.

Adrian using Linux on his laptop and loves it.

If your friend downloaded IE8 before 4PM on Thursday 19th March, then it would not be the full version.

He downloaded it later than that, anyway he downloaded it again and got the final version. No idea why as he uses Opera. (youk)
