Try CCleaner.

General [censored] cleaning program which has a registry option (plus quite a lot of other goodies).

And it's Free.

But make sure you get the one from Piriform.

There are quite a few malware products that use the same name in the hopes of "accidental" downloads.

So just Google "CCleaner and Piriform" and you should be ok. Editted - or try this link

Try Eusing 2.5 freeware
I have used Reg Cleaner & CCleaner in past & both OK
