Control downloads better in Vista

Is there a way to control what is downloaded by Vista. Other family members use the computer and so much [censored] gets downloaded. Just wondering if there is a password bax utility that has to be entered before a download starts.

Set-up your family members with their own user accounts and make them standard users. This in itself will stop them installing any old junk, but they will still be able to download. To stop them downloading look at the parental control features.

To get started: Start Menu -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety.
