importing fonts

I have had a Publisher file sent to me that contains a font "high tower text". My Publisher 2003 can't display the font as it says it's unavailable. Is there somewhere I can download and install the font from?

Its a commercial font so you would have to pay for it. http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/font.aspx?...

Office 2007/2003 pro is supposed to have this font though.
