Yahoo address book

I have lost my address book on my BT email account.
Can you help?.

Where have you lost it? On your PC or on the BT Webmail site?

Are you talking about the address book held by your mail client, like Outlook or Windows Mail, on your PC? There are standard locations for that.

How do you access BT Yahoo, which is an email server, from your PC?

If it is using your PC's browser, then you are accessing it via webmail and it has nowt to do with your PC or Windows, and the address book will be on BT's server not your PC.

Otherwise you are using a program, an email client like Outlook, on your PC. If so, please tell us which one?

it seems I have frustrated you for which I apologise.
I have now sorted things and have picked up my address book from my laptop.

What was the problem in the end?

Did not try to find out but when I log in to btmail at yahoo at my in box at the top left corner there are 3 boxes-inbox-contacts-calendar but when I click on the contact box it just keeps me on my inbox.
As explained have printed my contacts from my laptop which is as it needs to be where the 3 boxes mentioned are all seperate and clicking on contacts loads my contact addresses.

Ah, I see! The problem is with viewing your BT Yahoo Webmail with your browser on your Win7 PC, but not from the laptop. You have lost nothing on your PC; your address book is still there on the BT Yahoo webserver but you can't see it from your PC. Doesn't sound as tho' you have really solved the problem as you have only printed it out.

Sounds like an issue with the browser on the PC. Did you try Compatibility View in it?

What browsers (& versions) are you using on the PC and the laptop? What Windows on laptop?
