Create a DVD from an MP4 file

Is there any free software that doesn't insist on watermarking or otherwise spoiling the film to create a DVD from an MP4 file?

The end result needs to be that the DVD will play on an ordinary home DVD player.

Thanks, i tried that but it insisted on putting a leader and trailer on the video frown
