Steam & Windows Vista

I did manage to be able to play CSS on vista before but not anymore, got vista installed yesterday, reinstalled steam and css and all is well but when i get into a game the graphics are all shagged up! (didnt have this problem before)

go to that link and you can see the screenshots i took of the mess. (Using vista's IIS 7 :d)

Anyone got any ideas as to whats gone wrong or how to fix this?

Yes i know... dont worry about it, im using xp for CSS now insted
