Hi, just set up my long standing Gmail on Outlook 2003 and I keep getting two copies of every email - any ideas why?

Have you got forwarding as well as pop enabled in Gmail?

Check your rules in Outlook - I had this sometime back and it turned out I had a rule which said COPY as opposed to MOVE to folder..

I'd agree, I see this happen occasionally, from sources other than GMail, and usually find I have some sort of rule convolution acting on the message.
