IE8 and Flash problem

Hiya,

I had the �Flash is not installed, click here to install the latest version���� error in I.E. the other day so I uninstalled flash and downloaded the full installer from filehippo and installed that as that has always fixed it previously but this time it has not repaired it.

Its IE8 and Flash 10.0.22.87.
Flash works fine in Chrome and Firefox.

Any ideas?

Are you sure you downloaded the one for IE and not FF.

I would try again from the Adobe site.

Failing that working I wouldn't know as don't use IE, I use the IE tab addon in FF if needed.
