Make windows 7 programes folder like XP

Just wondring if anyone know's how to make windows 7 menu and programes folder, work and look like XP?

I have done a search on google but nothing, apart from how to make XP like windows 7. Lol

Thanks for the links. I used CSMenu and works ok.
