Have a look for C:\Windows\memory.dmp or maybe for log files in the C:\Windows\Minidump\ folder. If these files/folders do exist, they will be hidden so don't forget to turn on "Show All Files", "Show System Files" etc etc before looking.
NirSoft provide some useful and free tools for analysing crash dumps.
