You have only posted problems not solutions in this thread. Bystander is not the correct word in this case.

No-one has posted a solution. I have posted advice to help the OP aviod problems.

But, as your contribution regarding Outlook is, although totally irrelevant, no doubt more helpful than my comments warning about possible legal issues I'll leave you all to it.

Does that include employees using employer's equipment? Most companies state that they should not be for personal use. As such, they are open to investigation as they are company property.

Basically data-based CCTV. Nothing wrong with that if there's a reason to suspect that a crime is being committed.

Regardless, he's not asking for legal advice. That's another problem entirely.

John:

Can you configure it to 'leave a copy on the server', then just configure another account to access the server a couple of minutes after the user? Might have to think about how long is too long. You wouldn't want new mail hitting the server, and being taken straight to the second account.

Nobody will be able to post a solution as long as you keep sending the discussion off-topic.

When someone has a question about Windows Live Mail and someone else posts a link to an Outlook solution, I think that can reasonably be described as going off-topic...
