Like Ribbon UI?

I wish they would add the ability to have multiple directories open in one window. Also support for .tga preview would be nice. I like the context sensitive ribbon UI, though, especially now they're adding more keyboard shortcuts. It would also be nice to have a 'command search' for features that don't make it to the ribbon.

it will make no difference to me, I am staying with Windows 7, but I still think MS should give people the choice.
