Over complicated!

The only way you're going to achieve this is by using a 4-deep nested IF going over the VLOOKUP, as previously suggested, for each of the 4 blocks and testing until you stop getting "#N/A". I.E. if VLOOKUP returns "#N/A" on 1st block then do VLOOKUP on 2nd block & so on.

I'll leave you to work out the detail, as you are the one complicating the problem and I see it as unnecessary. Is it worth the hassle?
