Latest Windows updated affected IE security ?

It seems that the latest Windows updated has modified Internet Explorer security so that ActiveX scripts from various websites wont run - prevent GMail from running, for example...

Works fine in 64-bit IE. For 32-bit I expect you just need to diable DEP for IE.

Its possible that some setting or other was changed - reset it all back to the initial settings and all was fine...
