IE10

I see that this has come through as Windows Update. Is it worth installing it?

I have downloaded it from Windows Updates and installed it and have noticed no significant changes from IE 9.

I got it offered on my W7 nettop but not on my Vista laptop?

Its okay - not particularly fast at... anything.

And of course, it wont run HTML 5

IE 10 does handle HTML 5. Like all browsers, it doesn't support all possible HTML 5. Things will, no doubt, be clearer for all browser designers when there is actually an HTML 5 standard to implement.

I think it's Windows 8 & 7 only.

Don't know if I was required to do something else (add-on) but these forums didn't display correctly. No lines visably separated the posts and there were a couple of other display issues. Nothing serious but annoying enough for me to switch back to IE9.

Just enable compatibility mode for the site... problem solved without needing to take drastic action which you have done.

But not Canvas support - which is the most important part of it.
