As a rule of thumb 49% is a minority so 4.9% is a small minority and 0.49% is a very small minority etc
(just made this rule up)

Was Eclipse Home Option 1, VM 2Mb & O2 Standard
Now Utility Warehouse (up to 16mbps) via Talk Talk
