i been using Windows 10 a while on a second drive, but I do not think I will use it permanently. there are a few things I do not like, i still hate the start menu, awful thing and the way the settings are split up and trying to find where certain settings are is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The fact that Ms wants more control over their updates is another problem.

I also do not like that MS is trying to get people to use their apps, also I am not really that fond of the look of windows 10. Also the amount of notifications is getting on my nerves.

Whats driver/hardware support like for Win 10? Are the vendors releasing new drivers already to be compatable?

I am just using the win 10 drivers and everything seems to work. Although I am being nagged to update the NVIDIA driver.

On the other topic of remote desktop not working I had an online chat with ms answer desk and they gave me a phone number for an ms tech, but I haven't called it yet.

Solved my remote desktop problem, it needed to be made public on windows firewall so now I can access win 10 from my Windows Phone.

As for withdrawn keys I'm not sure windows update works without activation, try change product key and use a windows 8 key.

I cannot, in the gui where the option is, its missing from the settings. I suspect it only shows if activated.

Also trying to install 10166 and its waiting forever on "wait a moment" googling shows this as a common issue, what a mess of an OS.

I certainly wont be wasting any retail keys on this until I can test it.
