Remote desktop and dual boot

Is there any way to boot another OS on a dual boot system using remote desktop.

Remote desktop requires an appropriate server to be running on an operating system so the simple answer is "No" since a systems BIOS cannot act as a remote desktop server.

Do you want to reboot the system that you are accessing using remote desktop or do you want to boot/reboot another system?

I want to reboot win 8 into win 10 using remote desktop.

you'd need to change the default operating system (might need third party tool) and reboot (command utility Shutdown.exe allows rebooting in Remote Desktop)

Looks like changing system properties to a new default OS is the way to go.

I can't help thinking 3am is far too late to be playing with system settings
