cannot access hotmail using Outlook client

Up until Tuesday last week i was able to use outlook to view my Hotmail account. Then it kept asking for my password and since then I can only access my mail either via a browser or my phone.

Has anything changed to stop access to Hotmail via outlook?

Win 10? I cannot get Outlook Today (whatever that is) to work

Yes, same as me. I suspect MS have broken Outlook somehow. Can you get Send To Mail recipient to work?

Oddly last night i tried again and it worked. I set it up as an exchange email account and while it took some time to configure it did eventually complete.

Oddly enough a freind rang a week ago saying he had been having problems. OK on his ipad but the outlook crashed every time he tried to send a message.

I found all sorts of cures via the net for him to try but he rang back the next day and said it had fixed itself. He put it down to telepathy, I suspect a new update.
