Kaspersky reporting potential Chrome certificate problem

On my Windows 10 Pro system I use Google Chrome and Kaspersky 19.0.0.1088(d).

For the past 2 weeks or so when starting Chrome I invariably get a Kaspersky warning

Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is established.

Reason: Self-signed certificate

The certificate information says

This CA Root certificate is not trusted. To enable trust, install this certificate in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.

My Home page is Google search page with 6 sort cuts on it.

Any ideas on why has this suddenly started happening?

And thoughts on how do I stop it?

Is there any indication of which domain name is causing the issue?

No indication of a reference to any domain.

I did search the Registry for the URL mentioned. It found it mentioned several times, in connection with uPnP items. The only device that was visible in 2 or 3, but not all, of the references was one of our internet radios.

To be honest it seems to be Google itself. Opening my Google Calendar produced the warning.

Looking at the Kaspersky forum it appears to be an issue with the latest version of Chrome and Kaspersky, in particular Chromecast. As I have a network stereo with Chromecast built-in I suspect that's the issue.

I don't use Chromecast (as far as I'm aware) I found this fix. In Chrome's address bar type

chrome://flags/#load-media-router-component-extension

and set Load Media Router Component Extension to Disabled. Then restart Chrome.
