Not strictly true. You can have more than one PST registered with Outlook 2003 but email from all accounts is delivered to one PST at a time, unless you employ filtering rules.

How? Should you be saying "Inbox" instead of ".PST"? That I'll agree!

Go to "Tools > E-mail Accounts" and view/change existing accounts. In there you can create a new data file and select which data file to deliver email to: https://www.authsmtp.com/images/setup/outlook-2003-6...

Yes, you can replace a single .PST file with another single .PST file. If you consider they are both "registered" with OL, so be it!

Well both pst files are present in the drop-down list in the image above, and are both available for filtering rule delivery. If you don't think that qualifies as "being registered", so be it!
