I used to select an appropriate blue from the colour pallet in Word 2003 or 2007 and this used to be OK. Anyway my now rather ancient OKI C5200 printer may have either a blue drum problem or a transfer belt problem. Both have over the time I have had the printer been replaced. II cannot give a page figue since I had a main board fail a year or so back and lost the totals.
Anyway today, believing that I was short of toner, fitted a new Cyan toner cartridge only to find that I was getting a wide vertical stripe where the Magenta toner predominated.
Since the colour of the Cyan toner would be a suitable colour for printing, I tried Google to find either RGB or HSL figures for Cyan. Thought that would be easy, only to find that the colour called Cyan is nothing like OKI Cyan toner....
When I had some problems with the printer about 10 years ago, OKI Technical sent me a test image for solid Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Printing this off is not 100% perfect, but not too far off.
So my question is what mix of RGB or HSL will give 100% Cyan Toner?
Thanks!
