I have found some things out by having a muck around.
Windows 11 will run without TPM and secure boot, turn them both off and it works fine.
It will not install with TPM switched off, but there is a trick that can be used to allow it to be if you require it.
It will install with secure boot turned off, not sure if it will install if there is no secure boot option in the bios.
I really don't see the point in TPM being a requirement,
