As a comparison, the version of OS X that was current when Windows 10 was introduced was Yosemite (10.10). Support for this ended in August 2017.
I don't think I will bother, I only use my Pc for a few games these days, so will keep Windows 10 on it as it is. As long as i have a good security suite, I think it will be fine. Even if I update it at some point, which will only happen when board or CPU fail, I will keep 10 on it. windows 12 by the seems of it will be all about AI and that rubbish, so I will certainly not update to 12, even if I can.
