If the issue still persist try to re-image the laptop using the Lenovo recovery media as instructed bellow:
1. Use the following link to create a Lenovo account with a valid email address:

2. Enter the serial number of the device to request a recovery OS:

Once the reinstallation is done check for pending driver updates using the Lenovo Vantage or System update application. The link to download the application:
