my exprience with Zen

i`ve been with zen for 4 years, as far as i can remember didn`t even need to call them for any problem, i recently moved and of course took my connection with me, in the process, they`ve been very helpfully and kept me updated till my connection re-activeted, they even put up with my complaints because BT delay the re-activitation, i`m on 1 Mb so was looking to get 1 of these superfast over +16Mb connections with really actractive prices, just to quick look on few of these forums on isps, Zen still eppears to be the only 1 which theres no complaints, they can keep their cheap sparkly ultrafast connections, i want no headache, going to remain on my 1Mb unlimited connection with zen, would of upgrade it to 8000 but theres 50 gig limit but you know what, i`m sure if few of us ask them nicely, they will create unlimited 8000 package for home users.

I'm happy your pleased celorfiwyn, I too am very pleased with my 3 years of being a zen customer. If you have good stats [guys here will let you know if you post them] then the MAX is an excellent product. I changed from my 'Home 2000' some 5 months or so back and well pleased, would not change back to fixed rate line.

Only disagreement with your view is I hope they don't offer an unlimited product at a silly low price as it would eventually mean shaping of some kind to control those who just can't stop downloading 24/7. I'm one of those, there is at least one other I know of here who thinks Zen should increase their price slightly or reduce the price of active to say
