Is it possible to get your mac through the portal?

Has anyone tried this?

Had a look earlier but I couldnt se the option just to request a mac I seemed to have to cancel everything.

Go through the cancellations process - there's an option for migrating in it IIRC.

Failing that, give CS a ring on Monday - they'll give you the MAC over the phone

I saw that but It wouldnt let me just do that.

I actually had to tell them when I wanted my service cancelling as well or it wouldnt go through.

Shouldn't have to do that to get a MAC. The whole point is to have the whole process co-ordinated between the two ISPs.

Thats what I thought unless im doing something wrong.

I will prob have to give them a ring tommow but I would of rather just got it all sorted out today.
