I didn't deal with webmal this weekend (I'm still not back in alerting due to many weeks of ill health), but did spot that it was somewhat resembling a yo-yo. The webmail service occasionally just stops for no apparent reason. What appears to happen is that the apache sessions get tied up and then die - I'm speculating that there's some specific email related issue that kills it, ie one or more customers are getting an email in a certain format that DoSes our webmail.

I don't think water cooling the server will help much.

Glad all other web sites except just the one are working for you.

For me, as a portal newbie, I am trying since middle of last week to get the zen portal's features section working, where one checks download usage. What am I doing wrong I ask! Bruce +++

Read the reply to your thread and you'll see you've been barking up the wrong tree - nothing is broken except your ability to read the instructions.
