Hey, i'll make this as short as possible:
i was a ukonline customer for 9 months in NOV my connection went down, contacted Uk Online was told the problem was with the port i'm connected to at the exchange and BT openreach would fix the problem, waited 4 weeks problem still not resloved, decided to leave Ukonline as i thought the problem was only with my connection as i was on LLU and everyone else in the area had a working connection, Got my LLU Mac code (did not have to pay to get out of the contract as ukonlien admitted they were unsure when the problem would be resolved)
Moved to zen gave my mac code, activation was meant to be last thursday, rang on Friday was told activiation had failed, and that the port i was connected to was broken, so now it looks like i'm going around in circles!
how long to BT have to fix a problem at the exchange?
