portal not working?

I am endeavouring to set myself up to use the Zen portal feature (so I can check my download usage)

Last week I managed to create an account thanks to a helpful e-mail from head office. But the features section of the portal is seemingly always down, displaying a notice saying Zen knows and is working on it.

Is it indeed down --- or is it my blundering attempts to understand the wretched thing? Bruce +++

Plz keep things simple. Age 77 displaying bad ping rate between brain cells

You don't use the features section of the portal to check usage (obviously, as it doesn't exist yet).

Next to the features button is the FAQ button - question 3 tells you how to look at usage, and points to the details article on it.

In short:

-> Select "My Orders" at the top
-> Click [+] to open out the list (of one item, presumably)
-> In that list click the blue "Details" button
-> Read usage.
