Speed issues since cease request

I've due to leave Zen on the 24th of January, ADSL will be ceased, as I've moved back to NTL for broadband.

My 2mbit Zen account is still being used, though since making my cancel request, I've noticed my downstream speeds have plummeted, is this a coincidence?

Yes - it will be a coincidence. It'd be rather petty for an ISP to limit somebody because they're migrating. It'd also not do us any favours should you change your mind!
