Migration Order "You must select your current ISP"

I'm trying to put a migration order in for a friend tonight and I'm stuck on Step 2. Having completed the form which presents the following fields:

Provision Type
Broadband service required:
Care Level:
Your MAC Code:
Line Number for migration:
IP addressing option:
Please choose hardware type:

I can't continue because it complains that: "You must select your current ISP". Which would be fine if there were a list of ISPs to select from.

Does anyone know of a work-round for this?
