Zen just flipped out?

Has anyone else just lost all Zen connections or is it just me?

As I can read this and post I'd guess it's not everyone.
Local exchange problem?

No, not a localised issue. It looks like we may have an issue with routes *to* Zen in that case, I shall look as soon as I'm off the train...

There's a Leased Line status report currently
http://status.zensupport.co.uk/index.php?serviceid=3&incidentid=635 but nothing noted for anything else.

My connection seems fine, and no evidence in my router logs that it dropped out or anything.

Work-wise, I can see from our VPN logs that three VPN sessions were removed due to the peers not responding to keep-alives. The three users in question are on different exchanges and they all happened at just after 18:00. However, the users in question have in the past forgotten to close down their VPN sessions cleanly (they simply shutdown/switch off their PCs) thus generating the same issue so unless I receive complaints from them that they were suddenly dropped out, I'm inclined to look upon the log entries as simply the normal user behaviour.

In addition the logs show we have sessions that are still active that have been in operation since before 18:00, so if there were a problem it wasn't all Zen users.

HTH.

Problems all night here, getting floods of errors, ping spikes to 400-500, and disconnections, houghton-le-spring exchange.
