Problems...?

Today my internet has pretty much died. Everything seems to have gone very slow especially You Tube. When I do a trace router to zen.co.uk it never gets there and my ping to the gateway im on goes to almost 4 seconds!

My most current tracert to zen is this:

Sometimes my trace route shows a mix of high and low pings.

I've done nubmerous reboots of my router and even a factory reset. It is a Zyxel Prestige 600 series.

What's going on?

Ok so I called Zen and it would appear my line is fooked. Call logged with BT to investigate.
