On this occasion I could not check the status page as I had no internet which is why I phoned in the first place.
Due to the fact I was on hold for so long waiting to talk to someone from tech support my internet came back up but I still need to speak to someone from Tech support so I'm hoping someone on here will contact me? who knows? *shrugs*
