Has something gone tits up with Zen??? Am on hold not spoken to a soul yet and its been 25.08 mins so far frown frown

Okay, I give up, 41 mins and not even spoken to a rep, that's absolutely riddiculous when you keep saying "Your call is important to us and should be answered shortly" mad mad mad

I have to get on with some work but if someone from Zen could pm me I would appreciate it.

yes it is and I would normally go there first if I could connect to the internet smile

On this occasion I could not check the status page as I had no internet which is why I phoned in the first place.

Due to the fact I was on hold for so long waiting to talk to someone from tech support my internet came back up but I still need to speak to someone from Tech support so I'm hoping someone on here will contact me? who knows? *shrugs*

actually I wouldn't go to the link you gave anyway, I would normally go to tech support phone statisticslink here: http://www.zen.co.uk/support/contactus.aspx?page=528
but its a moot point as I had no internet hence the call smile

Yes I hope so my internet has been so bad lately its got to the point I'm losing work over it now frown
