Why is the Zen spam filter still marking some of my mail as SPAM when "action to take" is set as "Do nothing"? I am using MailWasher as I have found the Zen version absolutely unfit for purpose - and I'd be grateful if it didn't interfere with my email at all, thank you very much.
Sounds like you're talking to yourself there. Maybe best call them up but be less flippant, then again, I suppose they have to respond to you over the phone. With respect.
