As other people have said, you can't fault the technical and customer service, or the reliability of the service, unfortunately, this is a decision driven by cost!
I've spoken to customer services this morning to get the MAC code and I did explain my reasons for leaving, but they just couldn't match the prices currently on offer by BT and the said they fully understood my decision.
So, after all this time, it's a sad day for me to be leaving Zen, but it's a decision that I really could not afford to take,
