Dreadful download speeds

This is what I am getting over wi-fi and even of I run a cable from the router to the computer it cannot get over 30 download. Is there a problem with Zen? I've only just noticed because the streaming services are buffering. I am on the Fibre2 (76 download which it was close-ish to when installed in April)
