No new router with a regrade

I have just got off the phone from Zen sales looking to change my contract from Big Deal fbre2 which had gone to 1 month contract to 12 month fibre2. Only a saving of £1 per month, but I expected the updated router.

Told that is not available to existing customers. This was verified by the salesman's manager.

Maybe cos you went from fibre to fibre but when I went from ADSL to fibre I got a new router.

Hi, if you've just signed up for another 12 months and you feel you need the newer version of our router then you absolutely can have one. If you PM me your details I'll get one shipped out to you ASAP.
