Have you tried contacting their support? I had that issue when I first switched to Zen and they sorted it pretty quickly.

Zen as far as I know are well known for good customer service.

You would be better contacting them directly, rather than having a go at them on a forum that's nothing to do with them.

As the previous poster mentioned, something similar happened to them and after calling it was sorted quickly.

I do hope you get your issue resolved to your satisfaction smile

Regards,
Haydn

Have you spoken to Technical Support calmly?

Always found them happy to pick things up if you talk through with them what you are seeing and listen to what they say about what they can see from their end, you can usually work together to formulate a way forward.

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen => Freeola => Vivaciti (using O2 Wholesale DSL) => Xilo (C&W Wholesale) => Xilo (O2 Wholesale) => Xilo (TT Wholesale due to O2 Wholesale closure) => Zen LLU =>> ZeN FTTP (100 Mbps down, 18 Mbps up)
Router: Fritzbox 7530

Note: I don't lay turf for anyone. astro or otherwise, all views and opinions expressed are my own based on experience.
