New customer deals?

[link to this post]

Do Zen ever offer new customer deals? Is it worth calling them or is it always a case of the stars prices all the time on the website?

I think the closest Zen have is the refer-a-friend scheme. I'm not sure how much it's worth, it runs in my mind that it's £40 each, but I'm not sure about that.

I don't think they do. When I moved house and stayed with them I seem to remember they wouldn't even reduce the 'connection' fee (cos they had to pay Openreach).

But the bonus is they won't put the price up - ever. Double bonus, when the price went down I asked nicely and they reduced mine too.

Pays yer money...

They have a refer a friends scheme, runs until end of March at the moment. Sign up for a new service and you get a £40 voucher and so does the other person.

For everyone's benefit - please note posting referral links is not permitted here.
If a poster asks to be referred (as per here), then you can send them a PM of course (unsolicited PMs are not permitted).

Edit: To be clear, soliciting referrals is not permitted, by link or offer. If a user on here specifically wants to find someone to refer them then drop them a PM (i.e. not unsolicited at that point) but please don't ask people to contact you as a referrer.
