Just had an email from Zen asking me to confirm within 7 days whether I want to keep my voice service or not when they switch to SOGEA and giving me 2 links - one to say I want to keep it, one to say I don't.
Unfortunately, nothing in the email says which of the 3 phone lines (2 with broadband, once voice only) this might be referring to...
Currently on hold to customer services while they try to work it out, but there's no obvious info they can see on the account to say I'd even been sent this email.
