Major outage today?

Called tech support as I am having issues connecting to a range of websites (e.g. bbc.co.uk or zen.co.uk) and this wasn't solved by rebooting, changing devices, clearing caches, changing DNS etc.and the automated voice tells me that there is a nationwide issue today - but I can't see anything on the Zen website when I access it via 4G and the support page shows no outages for my area.

So, is there anyone from Zen who might see this who can comment on whether there is a major issue of some kind today, or whether I should continue to trouble shoot locally?

Yes i’m having problems as well.
Looks like some sort of routing problem
Unavailable sites including status.zen.co.uk, pvoutput.org
I can access speedtest.net, but I can’t run a test.

I am having these problems from my connection in Gloucestershire, but not on a separate connection in North Wales

Anyone esel affected ?

For those on mobile networks that can access this site and zen, looks like a major outage as loads of folks commenting about it on twitter too

Things have just started working again here, hope it lasts as I have an online meeting at 2!

I have noticed pinging bbc.co.uk is taking 10ms, it's usually 3 to 4ms.
